Le Mew is the creative duo of:

We strive to capture the essence and beauty of the more alternative things in life. From Gothic to Pinup and everything in between. All our sets are custom built, so everything you see in our photographs is real. We do not drop in backgrounds and props in photoshop. We LIVE for concepts that are new, experimental, and unusual.
Other talents include producing high quality product photography, unique graphic design work and web design.

Photographer Jennifer Garcia founded Le Mew in 2008, while she finished up her bachelors degree at Brooks Institute of Photography.
A Northern California native, she has always made her own path in life, never molded by someone else's conceptions of how she should live or do things. Her creative spark was visible right away as a child, and what started out as detailed sketches in a notebook, soon grew into an immense passion for photography.
Fueled by her fascination with the darker things in life, there is no suprise that she has successfully immersed herself into the creative alt community. In 2008 she got her very first cover with Gothic Beauty Magazine, issue 26. Since then Jennifer and her images have been featured in such publications as Bizarre Magazine, Skin Deep, Alt Noir Magazine, The Vicious Bettys, Auxiliary, Devolution, The Knot, Dark Beauty Magazine and more.
Today, Jennifer is known for her highly imaginative and innovative sets, that utilize hand-made backgrounds and curious props. She prides herself on the ability to create a whole concept from start to finish, ending in a surreal work of art. There is no project, no matter how unusual or challenging, that is too much for her to take on!
